In this psychological horror game I wanted to create an atmosphere of fear and suspense through the use of psychological elements such as anxiety, dread, and paranoia, involving the exploration of eerie environments, encountering disturbing creatures or characters, and facing various challenges that test the player's wits and nerves.
Another defining characteristic that I focused on was the psychological state of the player character. As the player progresses through the game, their character may experience hallucinations, delusions, or other mental disturbances that affect the gameplay and the player's perception of reality.
I featured a nonlinear narrative, where the story is pieced together through environmental cues, notes, and other artifacts that the player discovers while exploring the game world. The use of atmospheric sound design, eerie music, and dynamic lighting also play a crucial role in creating a truly immersive and terrifying experience.
