For this project, I set out to create a compelling multiplayer game that challenges players to engage in strategic competition as they compete to capture each other's hardpoints and zones, all while navigating treacherous obstacles strewn throughout the game's various maps. To achieve this, I implemented a progressive level system in which each stage becomes increasingly more complex, testing players' skills and forcing them to adapt to new challenges in order to emerge victorious.
To add an extra layer of complexity and interest to the game, I employed a "stage-based" design approach, utilizing a basic platform as the foundation for each level. I then customized and adapted this platform to create a series of distinctive and engaging levels, each offering a unique experience that challenges players in fresh and exciting ways. By implementing this approach, I was able to demonstrate my ability to develop creative, multi-faceted gaming experiences that captivate and entertain players.
A competitive four-player game where every player is on their own and competes against all other players to score the most within a set time limit. There are no teams, and players respawn immediately after they are killed.
Taking place on a single map that constantly adapts, with various weapons and power-ups scattered throughout the game world, this fast-paced and intense gameplay requires quick reflexes and accurate aim to succeed.
Featuring a variety of different stages and game modes to keep players engaged, this platformer free-for-all combines chaotic action and platforming gameplay with a competitive, player-vs-player (PvP) experience.
Players have a variety of abilities and weapons at their disposal to compete against each other with the goal of being the last player standing.
Choose from a wide variety of characters with unique abilities and customise with different outfits and accessories. Play with friends in local or online multiplayer. Run, jump, and dodge obstacles while trying to eliminate other players.
